Billing & plans
CompleteLane has four tiers — Starter, Professional, Premium, and Enterprise — each with different limits and features.
All plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
The four tiers
- Starter — for solo practitioners. Single seat, limited active requests.
- Professional — for small teams. Adds team accounts, custom branding (logo and sender name), and custom email templates.
- Premium— for firms that need full white-label and per-request flexibility. Adds custom portal footer, removes "Powered by CompleteLane", and enables per-request template overrides.
- Enterprise (coming soon) — for large organizations with higher limits and dedicated support.

Usage and limits
Each tier has caps on active requests, storage, and seats. You can track your current usage in real time from Settings → Billing → Usage.
Completed requests still count toward storage — only the uploaded files use space. Delete old uploads from a completed request to free storage.

Your trial
Every new account starts on a 14-day trial with access to Professional features. No credit card required to start.
When your trial ends, the account downgrades to Starter unless you choose a paid plan. You'll receive an email as the trial approaches expiry.

Upgrading
Upgrading takes effect immediately — you get instant access to new features. A prorated credit for the remaining days on your current plan is applied to the first invoice on the new plan.
Downgrading
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data above the lower tier's limits is not deleted immediately — you have 30 days to reduce usage before enforcement kicks in.
Cancellation and restore
Canceling deactivates your org at the end of the current billing period. You can restore within 30 days of deactivation; after that, all data is permanently deleted.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, your account enters read-only mode — existing requests remain visible, but no new requests, uploads, or reminders can be sent. Update your payment method from Settings → Billing to restore full access.
