Branding

CompleteLane lets you present a consistent brand experience across every client touchpoint — the portal, emails, and footers.

Three branding features combine to create a white-label experience for your clients. The first two are available on Professional and above; the last two require Premium.

The three branding features

CompleteLane lets you put your org's name on every touchpoint. Three features combine to create a white-label experience. The first two are Professional tier; the last two are Premium.

  1. Logo — appears in the client portal header and optionally in emails.
  2. Email sender name— so emails arrive from "Acme Tax Group" not "CompleteLane".
  3. Custom portal footer text — replace the generic footer with your own support message.
  4. Remove "Powered by CompleteLane" — removes the footer badge from emails and the portal.

Upload a logo that appears in the client portal header and (optionally) emails. Set the email sender name so emails arrive from your firm's name instead of "CompleteLane". Both settings live under Settings → Branding.

Replace the portal's generic footer with a custom support message — contact email, office hours, or anything else your clients should see. This text appears at the bottom of every client portal page for your org.

Remove "Powered by CompleteLane"

Removes the "Powered by CompleteLane" footer from emails and the portal, completing the white-label look. Combined with a custom logo, sender name, and footer text, your clients see only your brand.
