Open from the user menu in the dashboard sidebar.

Submitting feedback

Open the user menu in the dashboard sidebar (click your name at the bottom left) and choose Feedback. The dialog lets you submit in seconds without leaving the app.

Feedback, bugs, and feature requests

  • Feedback — general impressions or suggestions about the product.
  • Bug— something that's not working right. Include what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  • Feature request— something you'd like CompleteLane to add or change.

We read every submission.

Attaching context

Attach a screenshot to help us understand the issue. For bugs, describe what you were doing and what you expected to happen — the more detail, the faster we can investigate.

What happens next

Submissions go directly to the CompleteLane team. We'll follow up by email if we need more context or if your feature request ships. We don't reply to every submission, but we do read them all.
