Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage seats for your organization.
Starter accounts are single-user — just the owner. Upgrade to Professional to add teammates. Professional supports up to 50 seats; Premium supports unlimited seats. See the Billing page for the full seat comparison.

The team page lists all members and pending invites.
Inviting a teammate
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite. Enter their email and choose a role. An invitation email is sent; they have 7 days to accept. You can resend or cancel pending invites from the team list.

Roles and permissions
- Owner — full access including billing and ownership transfer. One per org.
- Admin — full access except billing and ownership transfer.
- Member — can create and manage requests but cannot edit org-level settings.
Seat management
Each member uses one seat. Pending invitations hold a seat until accepted or canceled. Removing a member frees their seat immediately. See the Billingpage for your plan's seat cap.
Transferring ownership
The owner can transfer ownership to any current admin. The previous owner becomes an admin. Ownership transfer is irreversible from the dashboard — contact support to undo.
Removing a member
Removed members lose access immediately. Their past requests and uploads remain in the org and are not deleted.
